Ask them who they might recommend and discuss possible benefits (relaxation, more comfort in body). Seek qualified energy and/or massage therapy practitioners in your area. If you decide to engage in techniques or movements, do what is comfortable. Modify movements or visualize (yes, it has positive effects) the movement, if needed.
